Free lighting in shared spaces
Residents do not pay for electricity in common areas — entrances, corridors, parking lots, and elevators. This lighting is fully supplied by the energy produced by the complex during the day.

How to connect to the tariff?
Purchase property in ЖК Gravity Park and become a resident! Connection to the tariff is automatic — without applications and additional actions. The electricity price under the Free Watt tariff does not depend on the time of day — day and night rates are the same. The cost under the tariff may change, but it will always be lower than the standard rate for residents. Residents will be notified of any tariff changes by the management company.

First energy-independent residential complex
