Architectural and Technical Solutions

Houses are built using monolithic-frame technology. Fronts of the buildings are insulated by mineral wool 150 mm thick and are finished with decorative plaster of natural colors.
The outer walls of the houses are filled with ceramic blocks 250 mm thick. Inter-apartment walls are built from solid red ceramic bricks 250 mm thick, interroom - from solid red ceramic blocks 120 mm thick.

Ceiling Height

The ceiling height in Gravity Park residential complex depends on the floor. The first floor ceilings have a height from 3.3 m to 3.6 m. The last ninth floor - from 2.7 m to 3.9 m. On the floors from 2 to 8 the ceiling height is 2.7 m.

Decoration

Windows are energy efficient with micro-ventilation mode. Double-pane windows in five-chamber profile, external lamination in the colors of the fronts of the houses.
Cement-sand floor screed 70 mm thick. Metal shockproof fire resistant entrance door with a reinforced design of fastening and locking elements.

Heating System

Gravity Park has an autonomous heating system with rooftop boilers, what allows residents to use energy resources carefully.
In our apartments we install radiators and individual meters with modules for remote reading of indicators, what will help residents not to overpay for consumed resources.

Houses Features

There will be individual summer terraces on the ground floors of Gravity Park houses. On the higher floors residents will have big balconies from 5 to 20 m2. The layouts are emphasized on spacious kitchens and living rooms.
Two elevators will be installed in each residential section. In the entrance groups of the houses, there will also be paw washers for convenient care of pets, on the floors - wheelchairs and places for storing bicycles. In addition, in order to preserve the natural appearance of the facades, niches for air conditioners are provided.
