Electricity Tariff Free Watt: light at the best price in ЖК Gravity Park by «Kreator-Bud»

In the Gravity Park residential complex by «Kreator-Bud», the Free Watt electricity tariff is in operation — a special electricity supply program for residents at an advantageous price. 

The cost of electricity is only 2.30 UAH per kWh. The price of electricity under the «FREE WATT» tariff does not depend on the time of day — daytime and nighttime rates are the same.

This is almost twice as cheap as the cost of electricity for residents in other residential complexes.

The Free Watt tariff is cheaper thanks to Jinko solar panels and iron phosphate batteries, which allow for the production and storage of own electricity, reducing consumption from the grid.

Residents will not need to pay for electricity in common areas — entrances, elevators, corridors, parking. In these areas, the lighting is fully covered by energy produced during the day.

Gravity Park is the first energy-independent residential complex, with power supply operating without interruptions. The complex will operate autonomously — elevators, security systems, lighting, and other essential services will function stably. Power will be maintained in the apartments.

Connection for residents will be automatic, without additional applications. The tariff will start from the moment of moving into the new buildings of the residential complex.

With each new construction phase, the power supply system is expanded — additional batteries are added to increase the level of energy independence of the complex.

In case of a change in the electricity cost under the «FREE WATT» tariff, this will be communicated by the management company.
